This paper investigates how humanistic psychology can function as a conceptual and practical bridge between conventional psychological science and spirituality. Drawing on core humanistic thinkers—including Abraham Maslow, Carl Rogers and Viktor Frankl—and engaging the integrative reflections of The Monk Without a Robe, this paper argues for a holistic framework: psychological growth, meaning-making, and transcendence are not separate but mutually reinforcing dimensions of human flourishing. The study analyses key themes of authenticity, self-actualization, and integration in the book “The Monk without a robe” and explores implications for therapeutic practice and existential well-being. The contribution of this paper lies in articulating a theoretically grounded and practically oriented model for bridging psychology and spirituality via humanistic thought.
